Job Title: Sales and Administrative Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Vent Kings. As a Sales and Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports
* Manage office operations, including maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and setting up filing systems
* Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Windows
