Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 CAD, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers.
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
  • Revise type and quantity of materials required sent for production, construction, and other projects.
  • Track and complete work orders.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of dispatch management service software, monitoring and tracking software, electronic scheduler, database software, electronic mail, database, MS Outlook, Internet, inventory control software, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
