- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Follow-up on issues with work orders.
- Keep track of shipments.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch management service software, monitoring and tracking software, electronic scheduler, database software, electronic mail, database, MS Outlook, Internet, inventory control software, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
