About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Aide to join our team at Leonard Clarke. As a Personal Aide, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Daily Tasks
    • Accompany our team members on regular exercise routines, such as walking.
    • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring a tidy workspace.
    • Shop for food and household supplies, managing our team's daily needs.
  • Student Support
    • Support our team members with their full-time enrollment, ensuring they meet their academic commitments.
  • Screening Questions
    • Assess our team members' availability for the advertised start date.
    • Determine their current student status.
    • Evaluate their legal ability to work in Canada.
    • Verify their proximity to the advertised location.
    • Assess their previous experience in this field of employment.
    • Determine the highest level of study they have completed.
    • Verify their current level of study.
    • Confirm their work term and language requirements.
    • Verify their work hours, which will be between 20 to 40 hours per week.
