We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier Supervisor to join our team at Réno Dépôt. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for supervising our cashiers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train cashiers to ensure they meet our high standards of customer service and sales performance.
  • Oversee the management of cash handling, including refunds, cash drawer management, and store supply usage.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Train and mentor new associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and managing store inventory.
Requirements
  • 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
