The ActionLink District Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales program execution within a specified territory. This role involves leading a team of electronics sales specialists, ensuring they are thoroughly trained and equipped to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales program strategies for seasonal programs, ensuring strong compliance standards and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Communicate strategies to direct reports and store teams, fostering a culture of excellence in merchandising quality.
  • Responsible for maintaining relationships with ActionLink sales specialists and retail store leadership teams, promoting a collaborative environment.
  • Schedule sales reps for their district/territory, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
  • Provide in-field teaching, training, and coaching to team members, driving performance improvement and accountability.
  • Responsible for performance management, including rewards, recognition, and accountability, to drive team success.
  • Monitor and review field call reports, identifying areas for process improvement and recommending changes to Regional Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of retail business and sales execution required.
  • 2+ years experience leading a field sales team required.
  • Experience working in retail stores in a multi-unit capacity preferred.
  • Enthusiasm and knowledge of consumer electronics.
  • Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels.
  • Strong ability to positively influence others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.
