Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Balcarres Grocery.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily store operations to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Plan and organize daily store activities, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Manage and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures, including pricing and credit policies.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor and inventory costs.
- Recruit, hire, and train sales associates to meet business needs.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Will train for the role.
- Availability for shift or on-call work.
- Ability to relocate for the position.
- Residency in proximity to the store location.
- Health care plan.
- Permanent work term.
- English language.
- 30-40 hours per week.
