About the Role

This part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is available in our Assisted Living community at Marrion Village. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing clinical oversight and support to our care team, ensuring the well-being of our residents is prioritized.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the case manager from Island Health to update residents' care plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the care team to support residents in their daily routines.
  • Lead and guide the team on best clinical practices, particularly in an Assisted Living care setting.
  • Ensure documentation is completed in accordance with care standards and regulations.
  • Work alternating shifts between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (morning or evening) with a consistent schedule.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.
  • Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
  • Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma or Registered Nurse designation.
  • Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
  • Availability to work consistent shifts over the weekend.
