**Job Description:**
* The LPN will perform a variety of medical procedures, including administering medications, drawing blood, and properly documenting care.
* Ensure that the nursing facility's policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
* Complete medical records by federal, state, and local regulations.
* Ensure a safe and sanitary environment by all local, state, and federal regulations.
* Monitor and evaluate patient health status and progress.
* Communicate with physicians and staff members to plan patient care.
* Provide information regarding the patient's status to physicians or other care providers.
**Qualifications:**
* Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure.
* Active BLS/CPR Certification.
* Knowledge of Med Surg required.
* Immunization Record (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Two-Step TB (Or Chest X-Ray if two-step TB is not there).
**Job Details:**
* Contract length: 3 months.
* Pay: $45.00 per hour.
* Expected hours: No less than 36 per week.
* Additional pay: Overtime pay.
* Schedule: 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Every Weekend, Holidays, Monday to Friday, Morning shift, Night shift, No weekends, Overtime, Weekends as needed.
**Requirements:**
* Reliable commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package.
* BC LPN License (required).
