Food Services Operations Manager

GB Emmet Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Services Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food services department.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and optimize operational efficiency.
- Supervise staff and ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Recruit and train new staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
- Set staff work schedules and ensure that they are adequate to meet the needs of the business.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food services management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform other physical tasks as required.
Our food services department operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and make quick decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
