Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Kitchen Helper to join our team at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, ensuring seamless food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs on a daily basis, maintaining a spotless kitchen environment.
  • Dish Handling: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware efficiently, ensuring they are sparkling clean before storage.
  • Food Preparation: Portion and wrap foods as per menu requirements, ensuring accurate presentation and serving.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients, remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly, and perform general cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Food Processing: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits with precision, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
