Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Frontline Restaurant Server to join our team at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a keen sense of hospitality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty food at customers' tables, advising on menu selections, greeting patrons, presenting menus, making recommendations, and answering questions regarding food and beverages.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
  • Advise on menu selections
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The restaurant environment can be hot and noisy, with frequent exposure to kitchen equipment and sharp objects. Standing for extended periods is also required.
