You will also be responsible for maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. In this fast-paced environment, you will work under pressure and be expected to stand for extended periods. If you are a strong leader who can motivate and guide your team, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to stand for extended periods. Your language proficiency should be English, and you should be able to work well under pressure.
