Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our operations, ensuring timely billing and collections, and implementing strategies to achieve our budget goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and customers to meet their needs while maintaining budgetary constraints and adhering to company policies and practices.
  • Regularly review and analyze financial management responsibilities to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize budget management, food cost control, and labor cost reduction.
  • Manage payroll and ensure adherence to all brand standards, including appearance, service, speed of service, ordering, and food safety.
  • Establish and optimize food preparation schedules to create an efficient, safe, and organized process.
  • Coordinate logistics for daily operations, ensuring completion of all preparation work and effective waste management.
  • Respond promptly to customer and client concerns, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Implement new food service techniques and sales and marketing requirements as per franchise operation specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Chef Manager/Culinary Manager/Supervisor to ensure timely billing and collections.
  • Utilize previous experience in cost control and employee management to drive business success.
  • Maintain superior communication skills in both verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate in French as required.
  • Demonstrate tact when handling employee, customer, and client concerns, while upholding confidentiality policies.
  • Display high organizational skills with a strong focus on quality and commitment to excellence.
  • Effectively utilize computer software, including POS equipment, to support business operations.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location considerations.
