About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist store employees with maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Collaborate with landlords and operation managers as needed.
  • Process incoming requests and document activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, prepare purchase orders, and reconcile billing.
  • Support internal departments with projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze work orders and technician feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A DEC in Building Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical, or Building Administration, or any other relevant certificate.
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
