Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through inbound and outbound calls, digital channels, and in-person interactions.
  • Offer advanced guidance and expertise on Desjardins products and services to meet clients' insurance needs.
  • Deliver outstanding sales and service for transactions related to insurance products and services.
  • Act as a process/product expert to address customer concerns and provide problem-solving support.
  • Work effectively as a team to resolve customer issues and achieve set goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to clients.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Requirements:
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedicated to customer service and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and passionate about delivering superior customer experience.
  • Property & Casualty license, preferably obtained or willing to obtain.
