We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager and Development Lead to join our team at HomeLife Realty Services Inc. This role involves leading technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MySQL, JavaScript, and CSS, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Job Summary

This position is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of $80,000 per year. As a Technology Project Manager and Development Lead, you will be responsible for managing IT projects, collaborating with external stakeholders, and writing clear technical requirements for software development and systems enhancements. You will also oversee the development and maintenance of websites, ensure smooth frontend functionality, and manage databases to ensure data integrity and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects meet deadlines and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, franchisees, and vendors to implement and maintain IT solutions.
  • Write clear, detailed technical requirements for software development and systems enhancements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of websites and ensure smooth frontend functionality.
  • Manage and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with MySQL, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Proven ability to manage IT projects, including gathering requirements and coordinating with external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of database management and frontend development best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
