Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at JRS Engineering. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our technical staff, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project-related tasks, including document preparation, editing, and formatting
  • Assist with proposal preparation and collation
  • Provide administrative support to senior technical staff, including data entry, filing, and scanning
  • Back-up reception duties as needed, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Undertake other tasks as requested by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a related industry
  • Post-secondary education in administration considered an asset
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including accurate use of grammar
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
  • The ability to organize and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
