This Corporate Paralegal role reports to one of the Counsel as well as the Director of Operations & Talent, and will take instructions from Lawyers across the Firm.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal with at least 3 years' experience in a similar law firm environment, ideally with focused experience in Business Law. Securities and/or Real Estate Law experience is a definite asset.

The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited Paralegal program, possess strong technical and formatting skills with excellent attention to detail, and be proficient in legal applications including Alf, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Workshare Compare, BC Online, DocuSign, MyLTSA.

A strong team player with excellent organizational skills, ability to organize and prioritize a busy workload, and tactful when handling confidential and sensitive matters or direct communications with clients.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $75,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the value we place on our employees.
