We are seeking a skilled Textile Machine Loader to join our team at Canadian Textile Services Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in loading and off-loading machines, cutting fabric to specifications, and setting up, maintaining, and making minor repairs to machinery.

The successful candidate will work in a noisy and dusty environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. They will be responsible for operating a variety of machines to bleach, dye, coat, or finish fabric, thread, yarn, or other textile products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Loading and off-loading machines
  • Cutting fabric to specifications
  • Setting up, maintaining, and making minor repairs to machinery
  • Operating a variety of machines to bleach, dye, coat, or finish fabric, thread, yarn, or other textile products
  • Preparing solutions to clean, dehair, pickle, oil, or tan hides and skins

The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a textile manufacturing environment. They will be required to work 35 hours per week in a permanent position.
