Job Title: Sales Associate - Spirit Consignment Store

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Spirit Consignment Store team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Management Team in setting up, merchandising, and maintaining the store's visual appeal.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate sales through effective merchandising, signage, and pricing strategies.
  • Assist with general housekeeping, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining a safe and secure store environment.
  • Support the Store Management Team in achieving sales goals and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
  • Ability to work 8 hours standing/walking.
