Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Urologist to join our dynamic team at Cariboo Memorial Hospital. As a vital member of our healthcare community, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing complex urologic procedures, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to quality patient care. A Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) qualification is mandatory. Experience in reconstructive urology and management of complex incontinence is highly desirable.

Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a Retention Premium of 12.32%, a Retention Flat Fee of $19,092, and Relocation Funding Available up to $15,000. Additionally, you may be eligible for Recruitment Incentive, Rural CME benefits, and loan forgiveness programs.
