Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at EHN Canada. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based treatment and support to individuals struggling with mental health and addiction issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Facilitate abstinence-based education and support groups to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to develop and implement aftercare plans, including referrals to community resources and support services.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with company standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Registration in good standing with a professional body.
  • Experience working in a residential mental health and addiction treatment setting is an asset.
  • Knowledge of abstinence-based community resources and supports is a strong asset.
