Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at EHN Canada. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide individual and group therapy, case management, and advocacy services to clients with operational stress injury, post-traumatic stress disorder, and co-occurring mental health and addiction issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy, including cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy
  • Facilitate abstinence-based education and relapse prevention programs
  • Coordinate case management and communication across the inter-professional team
  • Develop and implement patient-centered care plans
  • Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Psychotherapy
  • Registration in good standing with a professional body
  • Experience in a residential mental health and addiction treatment setting (an asset)
  • Knowledge of abstinence-based community resources and supports (an asset)
