At Pomerleau Construction, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator to join our innovative team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of design and construction by supporting project teams with cutting-edge BIM/VDC tools and methods.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will work on large-scale building and infrastructure projects, exploring and supporting project growth and execution through BIM (Building Information Modelling) and VDC (Virtual Design and Construction). Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Executing and monitoring VDC deliverables and supporting coordinators;
  • Producing and managing VDC and contract documentation;
  • Identifying additional VDC services and innovative opportunities to support project teams;
  • Providing proactive solutions and participating in decision-making processes;
  • Training project stakeholders in the use of VDC tools and processes;
  • Mentoring and supervising VDC coordinators and trainees;

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who have at least 3 years of BIM experience in the construction or architectural industry and possess strong technical knowledge of building mechanics and construction. Fluency in both official languages (English and French) is considered an asset.
