Job Title: Business Performance Project Specialist

At Innio, we're committed to making a difference in the world through sustainable energy solutions. As a Business Performance Project Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving operational excellence and improving business processes across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects to enhance operational efficiency and improve business processes.
  2. Identify opportunities for process improvements and prioritize initiatives to drive measurable results.
  3. Facilitate cross-functional, multi-stakeholder Value Stream improvement projects to drive business growth.
  4. Develop and implement process performance metrics and dashboards to monitor progress and alignment with business objectives.
  5. Coach and train team members in Lean tools and methodologies to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  6. Analyze processes to identify areas of waste or inefficiency and develop solutions to drive improvement.
  7. Conduct continuous improvement training and workshops for staff at all levels.
  8. Maintain reports of continuous improvement activities and present progress to senior leadership.
  9. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualification Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence or combined experience in Operations and Engineering in an industrial manufacturing organization.
  2. Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering measurable results.
  3. Fluent in Lean, Six Sigma principles, and ability to train and coach team members.
  4. Strong bias for action and execution, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to explain critical issues to all audiences.
  6. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a preference in Engineering or Business.
  7. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt considered an asset.
