About the Role

Cogir Immobilier is seeking a skilled Building Manager in Gatineau to oversee the daily operations of our housing units. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the regional director to develop and implement action plans to maximize rental performance.
  • Work closely with the regional manager to create a comprehensive management plan for high-level multi-let properties.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team providing services to the building and ensure the timely execution of tasks.
  • Oversee the collection of rents and deposits, as well as the management of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Develop and implement a monthly budget and plan the arrivals and departures of tenants while maintaining the security of the building and its occupants.
  • Provide exceptional quality of maintenance for customers, property spaces, and systems.
  • Work with the regional teams to carry out capital works and register files with the Régie du Logement.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism.
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a relevant discipline, or 3-5 years of experience in multi-housing or real estate.
  • Natural focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Sales/marketing orientation.
  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis, business plan creation, and execution.
