About the Position

The Kleinschmidt Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing projects from planning to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the work of engineers, technicians, and other project team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that projects meet their requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure that projects are being executed in accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with projects, including identifying potential issues and developing strategies to address them.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that projects meet the highest quality standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
