Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at MrMikes Steakhouse Casual. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and equipment
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent service standards
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, adhering to provincial regulations
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
