Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and equipment
  • Supervise and train bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, including beverages and supplies
  • Enforce liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring a safe and responsible environment for customers

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
