Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in industrial, commercial, or institutional construction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
