We are seeking a skilled and certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at MyHealth Centre in Sudbury. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures on patients.
About the Role:
- Perform nuclear medicine examinations, including radiopharmaceutical preparation and quality management.
- Ensure patient identification, safety, and preparation procedures are correct before starting examinations.
- Set up and adjust nuclear medicine equipment, maintaining established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Radiopharmaceutical preparation and quality control.
- Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Safety and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Certificate of Registration with the Association of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario.
- Knowledge and proficiency in general nuclear medicine procedures.
- Maintain current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, good command of the English language, and excellent communication skills.
