Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job in Sudbury

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

We are seeking a skilled and certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at MyHealth Centre in Sudbury. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures on patients.

About the Role:

  • Perform nuclear medicine examinations, including radiopharmaceutical preparation and quality management.
  • Ensure patient identification, safety, and preparation procedures are correct before starting examinations.
  • Set up and adjust nuclear medicine equipment, maintaining established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Radiopharmaceutical preparation and quality control.
  • Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Safety and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Registration with the Association of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in general nuclear medicine procedures.
  • Maintain current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, good command of the English language, and excellent communication skills.
