About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installation Specialist to join our team at D.H.T Countertops & Renovations INC. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of kitchen renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement installation procedures to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including tools and equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient logistics.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, applying technical knowledge to ensure accurate installations.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year or less of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.
