Job Description

TAXWIDE is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers and balance sheets
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, fixed assets, and depreciation
  • Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare trial balances
  • Prepare tax returns, financial statements, and other statistical reports
Requirements:
  • College diploma in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks and Simply Accounting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
