This role is responsible for managing Compliance-related policies and processes. As an experienced resource, you will provide guidance to employees and industry professionals on industry regulations and ensure adherence to our firm's regulatory risk framework.

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic individual to oversee the coordination and dissemination of manual and procedure document updates. You will serve as the escalation point for compliance policy and process-related issues and effectively communicate requirements to advisors and branch management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple document updates and dissemination
  • Serve as escalation point for compliance policy and process-related issues
  • Coordinate with carrying broker and mid-office functions to ensure branch staff activities are supported
  • Recommend and implement course of action for risk and compliance issues
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes and decisions
  • Develop and enforce policy/procedure for compliance to ensure alignment with firm strategy
  • Other projects as assigned
