Job Title: Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our team at the Brain Health Imaging Centre. As a Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Health Canada regulated Clinical Imaging Studies in youth with substance use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, screen, consent, and follow-up of study participants.
  • Collect and maintain data, including database management.
  • Prepare and maintain subject research records.
  • Assist with ethics and CTA applications.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare presentations and manuscripts.
  • Provide regular updates to the Lab Head and project coordinator.
  • Support the research team in other research-related duties.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related discipline.
  • At least one year of relevant clinical or research experience.
  • Previous experience in screening, recruiting, and leading the informed consent process with research participants.
  • Previous experience with neuroimaging, handling specimens, and Health Canada regulated clinical studies is an asset.
  • Proficiency with word processing, PowerPoint, and database software packages.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
