Lead Prefabricated Products Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Prefabricated Products Installation Specialist to join our team at AGL Glazing Inc.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the installation of exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion.
- Determine layouts and installation procedures for complex projects, utilizing blueprints and specifications to guide decision-making.
- Train and mentor junior team members in installation techniques and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure that all installations meet company standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality control.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and address concerns, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required; will train on the job.
- Prior experience in installation or construction preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of successfully supervising teams.
This role involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions. The successful candidate must be able to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work at heights.
