About the Role:

As Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing inventory levels, monitoring finances, and maintaining high standards of customer service.


Main Responsibilities:


- Operations Management: Oversee the efficient and effective management of restaurant operations, ensuring maximum productivity and profitability.


- Staff Management: Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.


- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.


- Financial Management: Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to improve profitability.


- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will require:


- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry.


- Strong leadership and communication skills.


- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.


- A strong understanding of financial principles and analytical skills.


What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
