About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Petro-Canada/A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 people to achieve high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Menu Management: Work closely with the chef to prepare and submit reports on food order summaries, stock, and wastage.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and sales to ensure cost-effective inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
