Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Benefits and Rewards Strategist to join our HR team. This is a key position responsible for researching, analyzing, and evaluating all of Indigo's benefits and rewards programs, including wellness, health benefits, retirement, disability, and other monetary and non-monetary rewards and recognition programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, internal conditions, and government regulations to ensure our benefits and rewards programs remain current and competitive.
  • Design and administer annual benefits enrollment cycles, ensuring seamless execution and high employee engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with benefit plan and rewards program providers and consultants, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation influencing benefits and HR programs, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Serve as primary liaison to the business, HR, and employees, resolving benefits and rewards inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of combined benefits, HR, or total rewards experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience with benefits administration software (UKG Pro is an asset).
