Homewood Health is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our Trillium Program. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide empathetic and non-judgmental care to individuals struggling with mental health and addiction issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide treatment planning
  • Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-informed practices
  • Support family members through education and counseling
  • Develop and present psycho-educational sessions
  • Liaise with referral sources and community organizations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a recognized Social Sciences program with addiction-specific education
  • Valid registration with the relevant college/governing body in Ontario
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in group and individual counseling
  • Experience working with older adults and families
