At Homewood Health, we're committed to delivering exceptional mental health services to Canadians. As a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist, you'll play a vital role in our team, working with clients and colleagues to provide seamless services and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver EFAP services and other clinical services as assigned, including confidential counselling, case management, direct clinical services, and assessments.
  • Provide quick, effective telephonic assessments and interventions, using your expertise to support clients in crisis situations.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, working closely with clients to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and effective service delivery, leveraging your skills and experience to drive positive outcomes.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions as required, sharing your knowledge and expertise with others.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Master's degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology, with registration in good standing with a relevant governing body.
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on mental health and situational problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in both English and French.
  • Strong risk assessment and crisis management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
