Job Title: Window Cleaning Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Team Lead to oversee the cleaning operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train cleaning staff to meet our high standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules to meet the needs of our facilities.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Client focus and ability to work in a team environment.
