Job Title: Community Service Worker

Join our team at Terrace and District Community Services Society as a Community Service Worker. In this role, you will work with clients to provide support and guidance in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports and case histories to document client progress
  • Assess client needs and eligibility for services
  • Develop and implement life skills workshops to support client development
  • Conduct follow-up assessments to evaluate client progress
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain program statistics for evaluation and research purposes
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
