Job Overview

We are seeking a Pharmacist and Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key member of the pharmacy team, providing clinical services to patients and customers
  • Work with patients to develop personalized medication plans and provide education on proper use and management of medications
  • Conduct health risk assessments and provide recommendations for disease prevention and management
  • Administer injections and vaccines as required
  • Ensure prescription safety by prioritizing technical functions for Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • A valid license to practice as a pharmacist in Canada
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Kroll software experience is an asset
