Bakery Team Member Job Description

At Lebanon Express, we are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team. As a Bakery Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and baking of mixed dough and batters, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Prepare special orders
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Train staff
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
  • Schedule staff
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Operate machinery
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Work Environment:

The Bakery Team Member will work in a fast-paced bakery environment, with a focus on producing high-quality baked goods. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
