About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs for our teams, ensuring alignment and leveraging of common programs and strategies across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for teams, leveraging expert-level knowledge of standard software and a broad knowledge of Learning and Development activities.
  • Assure alignment and leveraging of common programs and strategies across the business, prioritizing and communicating this to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with customers, managers, trainers, and subject matter experts to define performance requirements and standards, assess current performance, and identify training and development needs.
  • Update and maintain training documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate employee training programs, utilizing strong analytical skills and expertise in Organizational Change Management.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a related role with proficient technical training, process improvement, change management, and innovation experience.
  • Experience writing and formatting course material and providing adult education with strong knowledge of Organizational Change Management.
  • Proven ability to deliver learning sessions in various formats, including group classroom delivery, one-on-one coaching, practice sessions, product demonstrations, roll-out workshops, and synchronous virtual delivery/facilitation.
  • Strong analytical skills in assessing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating employee training programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
