Retail Store Manager

At Shell, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of retail salespersons and sales clerks to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail software applications.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language:The primary language of communication is English.
Work Hours:The successful candidate will work 30 to 44 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
