  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
