Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shiv Shakti Anpurna (Pembroke)Ltd. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our kitchen staff and ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
- Establish and manage work schedules for kitchen staff.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Client-focused and team-oriented approach.
This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to work under pressure. English is the primary language used in the workplace.
