About the Role

This is a critical role within our community, impacting the lives of our residents. As a Personal Support Worker, you will form deep relationships with your residents and their families, understanding their unique needs and experiences.

You will provide resident supervision and assistance with activities of daily living, including eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming. You will also administer medication under the supervision of a registered health professional and ensure residents have constant access to mobility or assistive devices.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, dedicated to supporting seniors, and detail-oriented. They possess excellent communication skills and can exercise tact and diplomacy when working with seniors and their families.
